Quotes and scope

A quote is based on the information available at the time. If site conditions or the requested scope changes, any additional work and price change should be agreed before that extra work proceeds.

Who completes the work

Gold Coast Handyman may arrange work through a regular handyman contractor and, where legally required, appropriately licensed trades. The person completing the work and any licence requirements should be confirmed before the job begins.

Insurance

Handyman work is arranged through an insured contractor. Customers who require evidence of insurance for a property manager, body corporate or commercial site should request current documentation before work begins.

Licensed work

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as offering regulated electrical, plumbing, gas, structural or other licensed work without the required licence.
